1. About the Service

Medistry Online Academy is a paid online learning platform designed to help students prepare for the MDCAT (Medical & Dental College Admission Test) in Pakistan. Our services include (but are not limited to):

Video lectures
Practice questions & mock tests
Study materials
Performance tracking
Online assessments

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this platform.
You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

Each user must create one personal account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Sharing accounts, login details, or course access with others is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating this rule without refund.

4. Fees & Payments

All courses and subscriptions are paid, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payments must be made in advance through the available payment methods.
Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect already purchased courses.

❌ No Refund Policy

Once access to paid content is granted: No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be allowed. This includes cases of partial usage, non-usage, or dissatisfaction.

5. Course Access & Validity

Course access is provided for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase.
Access automatically expires after the validity period ends.
Downloading, screen recording, or redistributing content is strictly forbidden.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including: Videos, PDFs, Questions, Mock tests, Logos & branding — is the intellectual property of Medistry Online Academy.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce content
Share content publicly or privately
Sell or redistribute materials

Legal action may be taken in case of violation.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

Share accounts or course materials
Attempt to hack, scrape, or bypass security
Upload false, abusive, or harmful content
Use the platform for any illegal activity

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Disclaimer (No Guarantee of Results)

We provide educational support only. Admission to medical or dental colleges depends on multiple factors including personal effort, exam performance, and official merit criteria. We do not guarantee MDCAT scores, rankings, or admissions.

9. Platform Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Medistry Online Academy shall not be liable for:

Academic outcomes
Data loss due to user negligence
Internet or device-related issues
Indirect or consequential damages

Use the platform at your own responsibility.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate any account
Remove access without prior notice
Take action if Terms are violated

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse user data and take reasonable measures to protect it.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
